Adding metering facilities to just about any existing or new electrical distribution system can be carried out easily with meterpacks introduced by Eaton Electrical. No on-site wiring or assembly is required — each meterpack includes a multifunction MID-compliant digital meter and CTs, plus connection studs, all pre-assembled and wired in a steel enclosure.
Removable top and bottom gland plates provide easy installation, and there is ample room inside the case for the necessary cabling.
For straightforward integration into almost all types of building management system, Eaton supplies its meterpacks with meters offering either pulsed outputs or both pulsed and RS465 outputs. The pulse types suit loads up to 400A, the pulse/RS465 types up to 320A.
